Blackberry Jam Chia Pudding

This quick and easy breakfast is jammed full of protein, fats and fibre and is sure to leave your tastebuds dancing from the pops of flavour and textures! Chia is definitely considered a superfood in my books considering its well-roundedness and the fact that in just 2 tbsp there is 5 g protein, 10 g of fibre and 4 grams of fats, not to mention are loaded with antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and manganese!
If you didn’t already know, incorporating chia into your daily routine will aid in keeping your stools regular and healthy!

Ingredients-1 Servings
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 10 blackberries (washed)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp crushed cashews
-
1 tsp hemp hearts
-
¼ cup warm water
Directions
Step 1: Add chia and warm water to a bowl and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: With clean hands, squeeze 6-7 blackberries and add to chia seeds and stir until jam-like substance appears.
Step 3: Add maple syrup and hemp hearts then mix well.
Step 4: Add all leftover ingredients to the top of your creation.
Step 5: ENJOY!
