Fully Loaded Energy Balls With Hemp, Coconut, And Pumpkin Seeds
These fully loaded energy balls are the perfect snack companion for any adventure that comes your way.

This snack is loaded with protein, fat, quality carbs, and fiber.
In particular, this well-rounded snack will keep you going during a long hike, after a killer workout, or just in a replace of a nice sweet treat!
Although these nutritious snacks are great right from the fridge, you can bring them on your trip and leave them at room temperature for hours!

Ingredients
- Between 1/2 and 1 full cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 15 date rolls (date paste and coconut, *Bulkbarn*)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (you can use more)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- 1/3 hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions
Step 1: Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix very well.
Step 2: Add more coconut oil if you prefer to have a smooth texture.
Step 3: Roll into 2 bite balls.
Step 4: Set these ball aside until they settled in to their final forms.

Notes
STORAGE SUGGESTIONS: These Fully Loaded Energy balls snacks can be kept in the fridge for up to 10 days or freeze them for up to 1 month.
