Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie With Coconut
Smoothies are always a great way to start a busy day.
Especially when you’re not sure when your next break is!
Making sure you get your morning dose of protein is key to an energetic, proactive start and will keep you satiated until your next meal.
Simple yet loaded with flavour, this smoothie recipe is a go-to of mine and can be made into a smoothie bowl when you limit the water and topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Genuine Health Plant-Based)
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 2 tsp shredded coconut
- 3-4 cups water
Directions
Step 1: Take some shredded coconut and set it aside.
Step 2: Blend all the remaining ingredients together for 15 seconds.
Step 3: Pour the blend into your cup and sprinkle the rest of the shredded coconut on top.
