Superfood Cereal Mix

Balanced meals are not only incredibly beneficial for stabilizing blood sugar and keeping us energized, but they also help regulate hormones and bowel movements! 

This Superfood Breakfast Cereal Mix is loaded with protein, fat, fibre and quality carbohydrates along-side incredibly beneficial antioxidants that will all help to lower inflammation, bulk your stool for optimal, healthy bowel movements and keep you energized without a midday crash!

Other than the amazing micro and macronutrients content, this Superfood Breakfast Cereal Mix tastes amazing and takes next to no time to prepare! Whether it’s on the go or at your leisure in the comfort of your home, this mix is guaranteed to have your tastebuds feeling satisfied and your digestion feeling ‘chill’.

 By pre-making this mix in a jar, all you have to do is add it to a bit of warm water, and then to anything else (yogurt, nut milk, kefir.. etc) in order to enjoy! There isn’t much else to it!

Ingredients – Serves 1

  •  230 mls coffee (I use Nespresso)
  • 1/2 tsp Grass-fed butter (I use Organic Meadow)
  •  1/4 tsp Vanilla ext (I use Simply Organic) 
  • 1 tsp Maca powder (I use Organika)
  • 1/4 tsp raw honey
  • 1 full dropper of Lions Mane Tincture (I use Rainbo)
  • 1 tsp Collagen powder (I use Organika)


Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a jar*

Step 2: Mix ¼ cup of cereal into a bit more than ½ cup warm milk or water or cold kefir- let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Pour the blend into your cup and sprinkle the rest of the shredded coconut on top.


*May add more liquid to desired taste
*Feel free to add fruits/ nuts/ seeds
