The Perfect Mid-Day Savoury Snack With Bone Broth
This simple yet very satisfying midday savoury snack with a warm cup of bone broth is packed with an array of nutrients and will keep you satiated until your next meal!

There will always be days that you feel like you have a bit of an empty pit for a stomach for one reason or another.
What’s more, there might be days just don’t have time to make a full meal due to a slammed workday.
It’s important during these periods that you chose foods that will keep you satiated with quality fats, protein, and fibre.
Rather than turning to a quick snack of simple/ processed carbohydrates that will surely leave you hungry shortly after, try choosing a snack that you know will help to balance your blood sugar so you can avoid a midday crash!
Certainly acting as the remainder of your busy schedule without an aftermath crash and takes under 5 minutes to prepare!
*I’ve always said, a cup of bone broth a day… keeps the doctor away! Well, maybe not actually..BUT bone broth has been proven to have AMAZING health benefits with regular consumption! From gut and joint healing properties to hair skin and nail health due to its collagen peptides, bone broth is definitely worth making a staple in your weekly routine!

Some of my favourite additions consist of Garlic, Turmeric, Cayenne, Salt, Pepper (on top of the obvious ACV).

Ingredients
- ½ can of rinsed chickpeas (seal 2nd half in a container in the fridge for another meal)
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Dash of chili flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1.5 cups of Bone Broth
Directions
Step 1: Add all ingredients except bone broth to a bowl, mix well
Step 2: Heat bone broth and put in a mug
Step 3: Serve and enjoy

STORAGE SUGGESTIONS: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
